ht":512},{"src":502,"width":59,"height":59},"\u003Cp>8月7日上午10時，防空警報將在台南響起。台南市長黃偉哲28日在永華市政中心提醒市民，這30分鐘不是站在路邊觀望的時候；警報發放後，行人與車輛都要依警察、民防及替代役人員引導，進入防空疏散避難設施。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>台南市、高雄市與屏東縣將於8月7日10時至10時30分舉行「2026城鎮韌性(防空)演習」。演習採有預警、分區、異時方式，同步實施防空警報及「空中威脅告警訊息」，並進行警報傳遞與發放演練；期間將有人車疏散、避難及門窗（簾）管制。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2>警報響起後依引導避難\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>黃偉哲表示，面對國際情勢變化與新型態威脅，平時就要提高應變能力。市府將結合台南市後備指揮部，以及民政、警察、消防等單位執行應變計畫。他說：「人、車須配合警察、民防及替代役人員引導，依演習管制作為進行防空避難。」\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>市府也提醒，演習期間不要在室外觀望或徘徊。若經規勸仍不配合，將可依《民防法》處3萬元以上、15萬元以下罰鍰。對於通勤、採買或在外工作的市民來說，先把附近可避難的位置找好，警報一響便能減少慌亂。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2>新營區列入中央視導路線\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>民政局指出，今年台南市選定新營區作為行政院及中央副統裁官視導路線，重點在驗證民眾實際進入防空疏散避難設施的情形，以及設施是否能隨防空警報主動開放。轄內避難設施所有人、管理委員會、保全及住戶，聽到警報後應主動開啟地下室通道的鐵捲門或柵欄，讓周邊民眾能就近避難。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2>8種語言資訊可先查詢\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>為讓國人、外籍人士及新住民了解演習規定，台南市政府警察局製作中文、英文、日文、韓文、泰文、印尼文、菲律賓文及越南文共8種語言宣導單。民眾可至台南市政府警察局官網「防空避難專區」查詢防空疏散避難設施地圖與位置，也可透過警政服務APP、消防防災e點通APP查找就近地點。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2>8月10日部分地區網路可能受影響\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>另外，中部縣市預定8月10日下午2時30分至3時舉行防空演習，規劃納入「行動網路受阻」降速演練，並非斷網。黃偉哲提醒，台南白河、鹽水、北門、楠西及後壁等區域，可能因此受到網路影響，民眾可提前準備因應。眼前最直接的時間點，仍是8月7日上午的防空演習，先認識住家或工作地附近的避難位置，警報響起時就能依指示前往。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cimg
