Earlier You Know, The More You Can Do: A Dementia Diagnosis Matters.」為宣導主軸，中文意涵為「越早知道，越多可能：失智症及早診斷，讓未來有更多選擇」。屏東縣政府衛生局藉此呼籲縣民，不分年齡都應認識失智症、關心大腦健康，並從日常生活建立護腦習慣。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2>失智不是正常老化　65歲前也可能發病\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>衛生局指出，失智症並非年長後必然出現的現象，也不是高齡者的專屬疾病。若在65歲以前發病，即屬「年輕型失智症」。因此，失智症防治不能等到年紀大了才開始，及早認識相關警訊、建立健康生活型態，都是維持大腦健康的重要方式。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>在預防方面，衛生局持續透過社區衛教宣導及多元健康促進活動，推廣失智症預防與護腦觀念。民眾可從良好睡眠、控制血壓血糖血脂、規律運動、持續動腦、維持社交互動、適度紓壓及均衡飲食等面向做起，藉由日常健康行為降低失智症相關危險因子。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2>培訓失智友善天使　邀店家機關加入\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>除了談預防，屏東也持續推動失智友善環境。衛生局透過培訓「失智友善天使」，並邀請在地店家、機關及各類場域加入「失智友善組織」，盼提升社區民眾對失智症的認識，以及面對失智者時的友善應對能力。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>友善觀念也從校園開始。衛生局持續辦理校園失智友善繪本講座與宣導，讓孩子從小學習認識、理解及尊重失智者，再把這份理解由校園帶回家庭，進一步延伸到社區。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2>從自己的生活開始守護大腦\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>張秀君呼籲，響應國際失智症月，不只是留意失智警訊，也要把護腦落實在每天的生活裡，並以理解與包容面對失智者。從睡眠、飲食、運動到社交互動，每個年齡層都能從自身做起；不同世代一起參與，也能讓屏東的失智友善支持走進更多家庭與社區。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cimg
