FLOW」集結市集、古著、穿搭、音樂、街頭文化及二手循環，希望打開不同世代與場域之間的交流，讓民眾用較輕鬆的方式認識屏東的時尚與生活態度。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2>好屏友集市陪青年走進市場\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>屏東縣政府勞動暨青年發展處長期支持青年留鄉與返鄉創業，並推動、扶植青年市集品牌「好屏友集市」。勞青處表示，好屏友集市透過不同主題市集、跨域合作及品牌經營培力，陪伴剛起步的在地青年微型創業者，提供展現專業、提高能見度與產品曝光的機會。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>「好屏友集市」推動以來，也持續作為青年創業者嘗試與交流的場域。這回選在屏東西市場舉辦，將青年潮流文化放進市場空間，不只讓青年品牌有更多展示機會，也讓市場呈現結合在地生活與新一代創意的多元面貌。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2>古著、黑膠與二手衣都會出現\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>活動現場將有職人手作、古著選品、黑膠唱片及美食等多元風格品牌，並透過二手循環的概念，讓舊物有再次流動的可能。市集之外，主辦單位也規劃穿搭互動與型人街拍，另有品牌社長二手衣釋出，讓喜歡服裝搭配與選物的民眾能在市場裡慢慢逛、慢慢看。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>音樂同樣是「西流
