Code取得健康資訊。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2>沒有症狀，不代表沒有感染\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>不少人因為沒有不舒服、已有固定伴侶，或認為自己年紀輕，便覺得不需要做愛滋篩檢。不過，愛滋病毒及部分性傳染病在感染初期常沒有明顯症狀，僅從外觀或身體感覺，無法確認是否感染；透過篩檢及早發現、及早治療，才能避免在不知情下傳染給伴侶。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>衛生局指出，近年國內及南投縣的梅毒、淋病疫情均有上升趨勢，感染族群也出現年輕化現象，與不安全性行為、網路交友普及及風險認知不足有關。定期篩檢不是代表有問題，而是對自己與伴侶負責的健康管理。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2>香火袋的守護，延伸到性健康防護\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>此次設計的「香火袋保險套」，借用香火袋隨身守護、保平安的意象，傳達性健康防護概念。設計標語包括「愛要全套，性病別到」及「多巴胺會退，奶粉錢很貴」，盼以較容易被年輕人接受的方式，讓保險套與防護觀念不再難以開口。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>衛生局也建議，感染風險較高者可先諮詢醫師，評估使用暴露前預防性投藥（PrEP），並搭配全程正確使用保險套及水性潤滑液，降低愛滋及其他性傳染病的感染風險。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2>篩檢與治療，是給彼此的安心\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>衛生局長陳南松表示，「現今愛滋已是可控制的慢性疾病，只要及早診斷並規律接受抗病毒治療，當病毒量持續維持測不到（U=U）時，即不會透過性行為傳染他人。」依疾病管制署建議，曾有性行為者至少應接受1次愛滋篩檢；有無套性行為者建議每年至少篩檢1次，高風險者則建議每3至6個月篩檢一次。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>南投縣13鄉鎮市衛生所均提供免費愛滋及梅毒篩檢，也有匿名篩檢及愛滋自我篩檢等管道。七夕將近，主動確認健康狀況，或許就是送給自己與伴侶最實在的安心；相關資訊可至疾病管制署全球資訊網、縣府衛生局網站查詢，或撥打防疫專線049-2220904洽詢。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cimg
